I’ve been to several venues to redeem vouchers but usually get stared at blankly as they haven’t heard of the app. Maybe you could add a faq section for the venue staff so they know it’s legit. Great initiative otherwise, keep it up!

Went to hop nation. Voucher redemption showed a countdown but I didn't know ow what to do to claim! Need a simple confirmation button rather having to shake. May be an Android problem or user error

Lost the mobile number used to sign-up Hi AleBlazer, I registered monthly membership on 5 Jan 2024. And my Macquarie credit card was charged at 6:53 pm on 5 Jan 2025. But the mobile number I used to to register was deactivated and I don't know what the number is. I can not log into the account. Would you please help?

Can't go back to previous places and almost 1 month of new membership is now almost gone.

Hi guys, As mentioned on the Ozbargain page, I've had difficulty applying the free membership code onto my existing account. I've cancelled the membership in Stripe as suggested, but can only renew the existing membership rather than create a new one with the code. Any help getting the code applied would be fantastic, thanks!

Breweries would like to add an additional offer post the FREE BEER redemption. Example given was buy 2 pizzas get another free beer. Potentially post 5 minute time out of FREE BEER redemption, load new digital voucher with longer countdown (2 hours) and offer.

Need to capture user location (one time, whilst using app - don't want to drain battery) and also add Brewery coordinates to DB

Hi, I've just signed up via the website twice and would like to have this fixed. I signed up per the usual process, but while the webpage showed a popup confirming confirmation that I'd joined Ale Blazer, I couldn't actually redeem anything. All breweries on the list continue to say 'Join to Redeem'. I thought that the intial sign-up didn't go through, so joined a second time, but I'm still unable to redeem anything, and my bank account has been charged for two memberships. I haven't received an email confirmation either, so I'm not sure what's going on. Can you please assist in activating my membership and refunding the second, accidental payment? Thanks
