Unable to apply free membership onto account

Hi guys,
As mentioned on the Ozbargain page, I've had difficulty applying the free membership code onto my existing account. I've cancelled the membership in Stripe as suggested, but can only renew the existing membership rather than create a new one with the code.
Any help getting the code applied would be fantastic, thanks!

Yeah sorry about this muck around. My plan is to delete your customer account in Stripe completely and then you should be able to come back in using the free code. Can you tell me the email address associated with the account please.

Ale Blazer It hasn't unfortunately - it just hangs on the selection page. Tried it on multiple browsers and systems too, and all just loop at this point

Ale Blazer Okay, I've been able to sign up as you'll see in the screenshot. It looks like I still can't log into the account and see the option to redeem anything (still getting the 'Join to Redeem' prompt), but happy to report back in a few hours/tomorrow in case it takes some time to process?

Chris A Hi Chris - we’re stumped on this one- we pushed a new record for you into the database so we can’t really work out why it won’t connect on your phone. It’s almost certainly a caching issue where the browser is likely holding the old info but if you’ve cleared your cache then we aren’t really sure.
More than happy to pay back your $10 if you want to shoot through your PayID - but I realise that isn’t the outcome you’d likely prefer?

Ale Blazer Cheers, yeah it's very strange - I've been using multiple browsers, clearing caches,using incognito mode, etc, but nothing's working. If you're happy to send back a refund my PayID is my mobile number. Happy to email it to you if you let me know the best contact email
