Accidentally signed up twice, but still unable to redeem free beer

Hi, I've just signed up via the website twice and would like to have this fixed.
I signed up per the usual process, but while the webpage showed a popup confirming confirmation that I'd joined Ale Blazer, I couldn't actually redeem anything. All breweries on the list continue to say 'Join to Redeem'. I thought that the intial sign-up didn't go through, so joined a second time, but I'm still unable to redeem anything, and my bank account has been charged for two memberships. I haven't received an email confirmation either, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Can you please assist in activating my membership and refunding the second, accidental payment?

It appears our system didn't receive the payment notification from Stripe in this case - that explains why you were 'stuck' in the stage that you were.
Everything should now be up-to-date once you log in again. You should see messaging about redeeming your beer.

Hey Chris, thanks for the heads up and apologies about the technical hiccup. I've already refunded one of the memberships via Stripe. I'm now going to figure out why it didn't work in the first place, and will report back. Thanks.
